draft of blog description

a haven created by Malaysian students who studied or are studying in University of California, Davis. Here we rant, tease, laugh, nag, gossip, kick, flirt, cry, drool, praise, stare, push and pull. Here bridges are constructed and walls destructed. Like rojak, here diversity prevails and boredom fails.

*masalahnya kalau add blog description, our pretty banner above will be affected. so we got to figure out a way. nevertheless, a blog description would make it easier for people to find us*

I used text widget instead of adding it to the blog description. You can move the box anywhere u think is appropriate.

And also, since we're using text box, there's no limit on characters.

I put it also at blog description but it does not show up in our page because we have the banner i guess. btw, i put it also in the blog description instead of just the widget so that google can list us better with our description since they use blog description based search.

okay.
now reading the description sounds too serious and wannabe.
somebody try to make it funnier and wackier please!

add more to sound more wackier and also, kalo boleh try include words yang u think people akan type kat search engine to find us. like masa, msa, ucd, usa, student, blah3...it acts like metatags also.

I actually like the last 2 sentences very much. If you wanna expand on it (to be more descriptive, etc etc) I suggest leaving those sentences in!

add the description to the side bar lah.

yongwearn, side bar or at the middle above the post is better?

I think side bar better. Unless you make the "about" stand out from the other posts in the middle. Now it seems to me that the "about" is part of the posts. Give it a different color, font etc maybe. hmm. :)

Ya I agree with Yoong Wearn - side bar better. That's where people usually look for it anyway.
